What do I do if I can’t link my bank account to Qube Money?

How can my partner and I use Qube Money together?

1. Both people log in to the same Qube Money account from your individual phones.
2. Both people upload the same Qube Card to your Apple/Google/Walmart Pay. 
3. Use Qube Money together. 
4. There are some vendors that don't take Apple/Google Pay, but not many.  When you visit those vendors, just make sure you have the physical card with you.
5. Companion cards will be available by the end of the competition.

How do I make sure my team is getting credit for points if the Qube Money account is in my name and Qube Masters is in my partner’s name or vice versa?

1. Email [email protected] and let us know the name and phone number of which one of you has the Qube Money account and which one of you is enrolled with Qube Masters. Then we can make sure you are credited all your points.

When are points recorded?

1. Points for course lessons and logbook activities are recorded immediately upon completion.
2. Points for Qube Money activities (setting up direct deposit, allocation plans, and end of the month sweeps; creating qubes; and depositing money) are awarded every Monday by midnight PST for points earned the previous week.
3. Points for referring people to Qube Masters are recorded immediately when the referred enrolls in Qube Masters.
4. Points for referring Qube Money are awarded when the referred makes their first deposit.  Points are recorded every Monday by midnight PST for the previous week’s referrals.
5. Bonus points for sharing on social media are awarded when you send us an email at [email protected].  These points are recorded every Monday by midnight PST for the previous week’s posts.

How do I set up direct deposit?

1. You can sign up for direct deposit by providing your employer your Qube account and routing number. This information can be found in the app, by going to the Profile section and tapping Card & Banking Info. 
2. You can send all or part of your paycheck to your Qube account depending on whether your employer will allow you to split your paycheck.

How do set up allocation plans and end of the month sweeps in Qube Money?

1. These aren’t available yet.  They will be available by the end of the competition.  We will let you know when they become available.
